Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AeroCrest Delano Roofing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

AeroCrest Delano Roofing provides professional roofing services including but not limited to roof repair, roof replacement, installation, inspection, maintenance, and emergency roofing services. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of the project scope.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a project if we determine that the work poses safety risks, violates local building codes, or falls outside our scope of expertise.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final costs may vary if additional damage, structural issues, or unforeseen complications are discovered during the project.

We will notify you of any significant changes to the scope or cost of work before proceeding. Your approval is required for any additional work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 10%.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

If you are using insurance to cover the cost of repairs, you are responsible for ensuring that your claim is approved and for paying any deductibles or amounts not covered by your policy.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on both materials and workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement and vary depending on the type of service and materials used.

Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will provide you with all relevant warranty information for the products used in your project.

Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any changes to your project timeline.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a rescheduling fee.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to your property for our crew and equipment. This includes clearing driveways, moving vehicles if necessary, and securing pets during work hours.

We take safety seriously and follow all OSHA regulations. Our team will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but you should remove or secure any valuable items near the work area.

Liability and Insurance

AeroCrest Delano Roofing carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property that is discovered during our work.

Any damage caused by our crew or equipment during the normal course of work will be repaired at no additional cost to you.

Permits and Compliance

We will obtain all necessary permits for your project as required by local building codes. The cost of permits may be included in your quote or billed separately, as specified in your service agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that any HOA or other approvals are obtained if required by your property.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled through mediation or arbitration in Kern County, California, before pursuing legal action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
